Good discoveries rarely need a complicated system. A little intention, a useful starting point, and enough space to explore can be all it takes.

Choose your own starting point

The web can feel like an endless stream of things asking to be seen. A quieter experience begins with a small change: opening something you chose, instead of something chosen for you. Keep a short list of places that consistently leave you with a useful thought.

Build a small reading ritual

Set aside a few minutes for one article. Read to the end, follow a reference if it interests you, and give the idea a moment to settle. There is no need to turn every reading session into a task to complete.

Leave room for a detour

A personal website, an unfamiliar essay, or a carefully maintained archive can lead somewhere unexpected. Follow your curiosity slowly. The value is in what you notice along the way.
